                                   Chakra’s

Chakra is a  Sanskit word meaning wheel, the spinning of energy. The wheel moves in association of it’s specific function.

The vortex of the spinning energy interacts with various psychological and neurological systems in the body.

It is also a energy center within the body that helps regulate organ function, our immune system and our emotions.

There are many chakras in the body but most identify with 7.

Each main chakra has its own vibrational frequency that is depicted to the chakra color and specific vibrational frequency.

The 7 main chakras are:

Root- Red

Sacral- Orange

Solar-yellow

Heart- Green

Throat-Blue

Third eye - Violet

Crown- White or Gold

What Is Bliss

                        WHAT IS BLISS?

What Bliss means to one person, may be different for another. Some call Bliss inner peace, enlightenment, finding spirituality,Nirvana.

I personally call BLISS “ Being Light in Sacred Serenity.”

Whatever you may call it, we are all trying to attain it, while maneuvering the chaos around us.

We can not find Bliss outside of ourselves, or in another person, or traveling to another Country or State.

Bliss comes from within. When we truly look deep inside ourselves to see what lies beneath we begin to see who we really are.

When we ask the question, “Who am I ?” We see that we are not our Profession, we are not all the different roles we play to different people.

We are Spiritual Beings having a physical experience searching for our true purpose, and seeking the answer to why am I here?

When looking deep within, we have to ask ourselves what brings us happiness. What is it that brings us peace and contentment?

The most common answer is when we begin to get out of self and help others we feel good. When helping others we discover what we are meant to do during this lifetime.

The saying goes, “ when you help others, you get more out of it then they do”

I have found that to be so true.
